Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Not the perfect fit? Just let us know. Exchanges for other size is permitted within 30 days of purchase. It’s important to initiate the Exchange process within the designated time frame.
Original Packaging & Tags: To be eligible for an exchange, all swim items must be in its original packaging with all tags and hygiene liners intact. 

 

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. We ask that all returns must be sent back within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30-day grace period, worn, altered, washed, all tags must be returned in original packaging for the item to be returned.

Please be aware that International Orders items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds

Please allow 7-10 business days for us to receive your returns. We’ll notify you once we have received and inspected your returns. You’ll get an email confirmation (On Passed!) inspection. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email.
